It is planting time already! It must be said I haven’t got very far yet this year but I am really relishing the idea of seeing those first tiny seedlings appearing, knowing how big and strong and vigourous the plants are going to be and good the food is going to taste. Not only that, the feeling of escaping the computer and being out in the fresh air cannot be beaten.
LDGA Store Opening Times The store is open on a Wednesday from 13.00 to 14.00 and on Sunday from 09.00 to 12.30. It is located at Flint Road Allotments, Letchworth, SG6 1H. It sells seeds, compost and all sorts of garden equipment at good value. LDGA membership is required, which you can sign up to there, for £5 a year.
